Rebuild of Yoder M-1½ Roll Forming Stands

 

 

 

Yoder recently supplied a manufacturer of ceiling grid and rebuild of M-1½ Roll Forming Stands for 2 roll formers and 6 sets of tooling.  The rebuilds and tooling will bolster the customer's US and Asian manufacturing production.

Yoder Supplies Turkshead Straightener

Yoder recently supplied an Ohio company new roll stands, double turkshead straightener and a laser alignment to update a 60-year old M-2 Tube Mill.  New components will allow the customer to run larger diameter once installation is complete.  Future upgrades include new electrics to increase line speed.

New XW Model Stands by Yoder

Yoder recently released their new XW model drive roll forming stands. The units can fit in the same footprint and be used in conjunction with customer's existing QVW roll stands, but offer the option of adjustable bottom shaft height, to accommodate regrinds, tube mill, swept roll form parts or combination tooling needs.
