B&K Supermill Systems





A major manufacturer of steel framing components is increasing its capacity and flexibilty with the addition of three B&K Supermill® Systems. The first of these systems, a B&K 2DWR Supermill has already been delivered. The 2DWR is designed to produce light gauge drywall studs and track at speeds up to 500 feet per minute. The company also placed orders for a B&K 3TSR Supermill System and a second B&K 2DWR System. The 3TSR is designed to produce the widest range of steel framing components in the industry, including heavy gauge structural products. With these purchases, the company will be enjoying the productivity of eight of these highly advanced roll forming systems.

¾" Duo-Cut System by Hill Engineering

Hill Engineering has recently supplied two (2) cutting heads to a Canadian Manufacturer of automotive components for producing finished lengths of fuel line tubing. The ¾" Duo-Cut System provides a dimple-free shear for cutting off small diameter tubing. The system is widely used for manufacturing cut lengths of fuel line tube.

Yoder has recently supplied a domestic flux cored weld wire manufacturer with an M-1½ mill. This specialized mill will expand the customer's production capacity and is identical to the previous machines they have purchased from Yoder for the manufacture of their proprietary flux cored weld wire. Thanks to the cantilevered tooling arrangment, coupled with single-point adjustment, the customer is able to perform changeovers between products in as little as 30 minutes without any removal of equipment or raft changes.

Hill Supplies Two Cutting Heads




Hill Engineering has recently supplied two (2) cutting heads to a Tier 1 automotive components manufacturer for producing finished lengths of fuel line tubing that will be installed in North America and Asia. The ¾" Duo-Cut System provides a dimple-free shear for cutting off small diameter tubing. The system is widely used for manufacturing cut lengths of fuel line tube.

Yoder Rebuild

Yoder recently supplied a manufacturer of ceiling grid the rebuild of M-1½ Roll Forming Stands for two roll formers and three sets of tooling. The rebuilds and tooling will bolster the customer's US and Asian manufacturing production.
