The first of these systems, a B&K 2DWR Supermill has already been delivered. The 2DWR is designed to produce light gauge drywall studs and track at speeds up to 500 feet per minute. The company also placed orders for a B&K 3TSR Supermill System and a second B&K 2DWR System. The 3TSR is designed to produce the widest range of steel framing components in the industry, including heavy gauge structural products. With these purchases, the company will be enjoying the productivity of eight of these highly advanced roll forming systems.
